Post Construction Cleaning
Staged rough, intermediate and final cleans that take a completed site through to inspection-ready handover.
Post-construction work is planned against the construction programme rather than booked as a single visit. The rough clean clears debris, films and residue; the intermediate pass removes the dust that settles afterwards; the final detail runs once the last trade has left site.
The final pass is deliberately timed close to handover so the space is still clean when it is inspected.
