Building Cleaning

Common-area cleaning for residential towers, mixed-use developments and commercial buildings, delivered on a daily presence model.

Overview

Professional cleaning for residential and commercial buildings.

A building is judged in its shared spaces. Residents and tenants pass through the lobby, the lift lobby and the corridor several times a day, and those areas take constant traffic without belonging to anyone in particular.

Hope Star provides scheduled or permanently stationed teams for building common areas — entrance lobbies, lift cars and lobbies, staircases and cores, corridors, car parks, refuse rooms and external approaches. Work is organised by floor and by frequency so that high-traffic zones are attended to several times a day and lower-traffic zones on a defined cycle.

For managed buildings, a site supervisor reports to the facilities manager or owners association with a documented task record.

Key benefits

Why customers ask for it

Daily presence
Stationed teams attend high-traffic areas repeatedly through the day, not once.
Documented rounds
Floor-by-floor task records give facilities managers something to audit against.
Traffic-weighted
Lobbies and lift lobbies are serviced far more frequently than low-use zones.
One team, whole building
Common areas, car park and refuse rooms handled under a single accountable contract.

Method

How the work is carried out

  1. 01

    Audit the building

Floors, cores, lifts, car parks and refuse points are surveyed and traffic-rated.

  2. 02

    Build the rounds

A frequency map is produced — what is cleaned hourly, daily and weekly, and by whom.

  3. 03

    Station the team

Cleaners work the rounds in uniform, logging each completed area as they go.

  4. 04

    Audit and escalate

The site supervisor inspects on a set cycle and raises defects to the building manager.

  5. 05

    Report monthly

A written record of rounds, incidents and consumables is issued to management.
