Building contracts are structured around a frequency map. Lobbies and lift lobbies are attended repeatedly through the day; staircases, car parks and refuse rooms run on a defined cycle. Each completed area is logged so facilities managers have a record to audit rather than an assurance to trust.
A site supervisor reports to the facilities manager or owners association on an agreed reporting cycle.
