Hope Star cleans glass with the water and the method the elevation calls for — purified water and pole systems for reachable exterior glazing, squeegee and scrim for internal glass and mirrors, and rope or platform access arranged with the building management for anything higher.
Frames, gaskets, tracks and sills are cleaned as part of the same visit, because dirt left in a track is what puts the marks back on the glass at the next rainfall.

Detail the frames

Review in daylight
Panes are checked from inside the room and anything missed is redone before the team leaves.
