Most floor damage in Qatar is caused by cleaning, not by traffic. Acidic products etch marble. Excess water lifts timber. Aggressive pads burn the finish off vinyl. The damage is gradual, and by the time it is visible the surface needs restoration rather than cleaning.

Hope Star identifies the material first and selects method, chemistry and pad grade accordingly — pH-neutral solutions and soft pads on natural stone, controlled-moisture methods on timber and laminate, scrub-and-dry systems on tile and vinyl, and appropriate extraction on carpet.

The service is available as a periodic treatment alongside routine cleaning, or as a one-off restoration where a surface has already been dulled.
